The Rules
01. Give us your name or alias. No screen name-type names. Put in one of those, and we may send our ninja kitties after you for such a crime.02. Don't apply if you don't have a valid e-mail to supply us with. Make sure it's your e-mail address as well. I'm sure if your site gets the award you apply for, you'd sure as hell like to put it up on your site for bragging rights.
03. We don't give awards to dead sites. If you have a site and it's dead, don't waste our time - or your own in the long run.
04. Owners and co-owners are the only people allowed to apply.
05. Copy and paste your site URL no matter what. It saves you from making a typo, thus giving us a dead link. This is to save all of us from an unneccessary head ache.
06. Gotten this far, put cinnamon rolls in the anything else spot.
07. If you've applied for an award once before, but have made the needed changes to get the award, then put "this time is sweeter than honey" in the anything else spot.
08. Don't apply for a specific award. You choose from the two sets. We supply you with what each award in the two sets we have right now looks like to help you more easily choose which set you're gunning for.
09. If you don't get your award, then your site didn't meet the requirements. You can re-apply, but not right away. Wait at least a month & make the needed changes.
10. The magic word would be 'oh my franking gerard'
AWARD SET: MEDALS
Bronze - sample & requirements
02. Must have at least ten pages of content.
03. Your layout must be made by yourself, co-owner, or staffer.
04. Five broken links/images allowed, maximum.
Silver - sample & requirements
02. Must have at least fifteen pages of content.
03. Your layout must be made by yourself or co-owner.
04. Up to one broken link/image, no more.
Gold - sample & requirements
01. No page builders.
02. Must have at least twenty pages of content.
03. Your layout must be made by yourself.
04. No broken links or images at all.
AWARD SET: COLOR SCHEME
Dark - sample & requirements
01. No page builders.
02. Must have some kind of dark layout (horror, black/greys/silvers/etc, gore.. something along those lines will do).
03. Layout must be made by yourself, co-owner, staffer.
04. Your site doesn't have to be dark. It's just the layout.
Green - sample & requirements
01. No page builders.
02. Must have a green layout. Avoid using excessive neon greens (i.e. lime green).
03. Layout must be made by yourself, co-owner, or staffer.
Crimson - sample & requirements
02. Must have a crimson layout. Shades of red will do, obviously. No excessive pure red (FF0000) in the main background, please.
03. Layout must be made by yourself, co-owner, or staffer.
Orange - sample & requirements
02. This is a naturally ugly color for the most part. The dominant color of the layout must be orange, however. Bonus for the layout being mostly orange & eye pleasing.
03. Layout must be made by yourself, co-owner, or staffer.
Colorful - sample & requirements
02. Must be a nice, colorful layout.
03. Avoid clashing colors, such as lime green and hot pink/fuschia. In other words, avoid using colors that make eyes bleed/strain/etc in excess.
